ClearMed Journal welcomes corrections that improve the accuracy, clarity or currency of expert profiles and editorial information.
How to request a correction
Send the profile URL, the statement you believe is inaccurate, the proposed correction and any supporting professional or institutional source to admin@clearmedjournal.com.
How requests are handled
We review the information supplied, compare it with the sources maintained for the profile and update material factual errors when appropriate. We may ask for additional documentation if the requested change cannot be evaluated from publicly accessible records.
Minor edits
Spelling, formatting and non-substantive clarity improvements may be corrected without a separate public notice. Material changes can result in an updated review date.
Disagreements
If reliable sources conflict, ClearMed Journal may describe the uncertainty, use the most authoritative current source available or temporarily remove the disputed statement while it is reviewed.
