The label Credentials reviewed by ClearMed Journal means that the profile information presented by ClearMed Journal has been checked against the professional, academic, institutional, scholarly or other records maintained for that profile.
What may be reviewed
- Professional name and credentials
- Current or historical professional roles
- Education, training or fellowship information
- Areas of clinical, research or medical-writing expertise
- Selected awards, publications or professional contributions
- Public professional profiles and scholarly records
What the label does not mean
The label does not by itself state that ClearMed Journal has independently re-licensed a clinician, audited an employer, verified every historical detail through a primary-source investigation or obtained an endorsement from the person or institution named on the page unless the profile specifically says so.
Website relationships
Writing and medical-review relationships are managed as separate fields. Editors should add only relationships they can substantiate and should remove or update them when they are no longer accurate.
